We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Quality Engineer based in Nova Plant, Ciudad Chihuahua, Chihuahua (E-Systems Division).
As a Quality Engineer, you will have an excellent opportunity to work with customer service, resolution of quality problems, coordination, and implementation of defect containment inside and outside the Plant, and management of a multidisciplinary team during the problem resolution methodology.
Your Task will be:Respond to customers in relation to reported quality complaintsPrimary point of contact with clients for specific requirementsMonitoring of the status of the 'concerns' reported by the clients until ensuring their closureUse the LQTS system database to perform the analysis of customer complaintsCoordinate defect analysis and customer response meetingsCoordinate the multidisciplinary team for the resolution of quality problems through the different existing methodologies: 8Ds, Ishikawa Diagrams, DDWTo be successful in this role you will need:Education: Bachelor's degree/engineering level, or equivalent work experienceAt least 3 years of experience preferably in the automotive industryProficient with Microsoft OfficeAdvanced EnglishLeadership of multidisciplinary teamsCapacity of analysisCommunication and organizational skills
