Quality Engineer

What you will do?Under general direction, the scope is to secure the fabrication of products that fulfill general standards and key characteristics, ensuring efficiency and functionality. You will coordinate quality inspectors and monitor all activities to assure compliance with quality specifications during fabrication.
How you will do?Customer satisfaction through continuously analyzing customer complaints (generate 8D to find root cause and implement corrective actions).Customer satisfaction through continuously analyzing internal issues (analyze IPI reports, find root cause and implement corrective actions).Improve current production systems through JCMS tools.Track and improve KPIs assigned (IPPM, RPPM, COPQ, ERI, YRR).Attend daily meetings at CCC.Implement new engineering changes.Control production from a quality assurance aspect (Quality Control Documents). Perform LPA and ISO audits according to the schedule.Coordinate quality inspectors to assure correct quality in processes and products, following corrective and preventive actions for each analysis.Develop the role as a quality guide for HPT.Comply with activities specified in the JCI Safety Commitment Letter.What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.English proficiency > 65%.Minimum of two years of experience in statistics, continuous improvement, negotiations, samples, etc.Professional recognition and industry networking are desired, with the ability to speak to large audiences.Able to lead and direct diverse teams; teamwork is a plus.Able to travel up to 50% of the time.Strong personal computer skills in MS Office Suite, etc.
