Our focus is on collaboration and innovation, leveraging diverse talents to uphold and enhance product quality standards. Under the leadership of the Quality Section Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and respond effectively to customer needs.**What You Will Do**- Lead and coordinate activities of quality technicians and auditors to ensure product conformity and address quality concerns.- Collaborate with SQA and process engineers to validate and define critical process characteristics, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.- Develop and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry standards.- Evaluate samples and prototypes, supporting the transition from product development to mass production.- Create and implement comprehensive inspection and quality control plans for in-process and final audits.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.- Proven experience in developing and implementing quality systems within a manufacturing environment.- Proven experience in cable (RF) manufacturing processes.- Demonstrated proficiency in ISO9001 and IATF 16946 standards, and a strong understanding of SPC, control plans, and FMEA.**What Will Put You Ahead**- High initiative and motivation to address and resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated success in cross-functional team environments.- Ability to independently evaluate process changes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.- Strong strategic and organizational knowledge, with the capacity to engage in system audits and follow-ups.**Who We Are**As a Koch company, Molex is a leading supplier of connectors and interconnect components, driving i nnovation in electronics and supporting industries from automotive to health care and consumer to data communications.
