**Job Purpose**:
Maintain the plant's Quality Systems through developing, implementing and improving methods, techniques and procedures of Quality Control and manufacturing processes, in order to ensure that it complies with internal requirements, specific requirements of the customer, the Corporate, ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Identify, develop and implement improvements to methods, techniques and procedures, through Quality Control, in order to positively impact the objectives of the plant and optimize production costs. Ensure the quality of processed and finished products, according to established guidelines and procedures, to ensure that they meet customer requirements and specifications and internal and external standards. Develop the applicable corrective and/or preventive actions derived from the audits of the Quality System to ensure in an effective and timely manner, the updating and operation of the Quality System Lead the multidisciplinary team for the analysis and resolution of internal and external Quality Complaint problems. Follow-up to corrective actions of Fast Response portal, CPro and Client portals to ensure their closure in a timely manner. Creation, update and implementation of new inspection methods using the inspection manuals applicable to the process. Daily monitoring of the internal and external indicators of the Quality Department. Comply with the audit program in EASE (LPA, Environmental, Safety, etc.) Supervise the daily audits of the process carried out by the Quality auditors. Optimization of inspection processes for critical and special process characteristics. Lead campaigns for defects found in the process, customer complaints and safeguard records. Coordinate the release of finished product by Quality Auditors. Indirectly coordinate the day-to-day activities of the team of Quality Auditors, Leaders, Quality Assistants and Quality Technicians. Capture of weekly payroll of personnel in charge.
