Quality Engineer

**Job Purpose**:
Ensure that the products that are received at the Plant comply with the specified requirements of DANA and follow up on the corrective actions of the suppliers. As well as maintaining an effective process of control of non-conforming material or product that avoids its use or unintentional delivery to the customer, ensuring the segregation, identification, analysis and disposition of the PNC. Maintain the commitment to the established Integral Quality System, external and internal customers, corporate and IATF 16949 Standard.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the quality of the parts by the supplier
- Make a complaint to external and internal suppliers for quality problems through the Dana One Source and C Pro portals
- Ensure the disposal and control of non-compliant material from reported suppliers.
- Ensure the filling of 8D's as well as the monitoring and closure of the corrective actions shown therein.
