Listed on London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index.ResponsibilitiesObjective of the post: Manage, coordinate and direct the activities related to quality management in the company's processes that impact from the receipt of raw material, process, finished product; the generation and implementation of control plans or quality plans as applicable, in the three phases: prototype, project and production; elaboration of in-process instructions or release sheets for the receipt of materials, process and finished product; implementation of statistical process control (SPC), R&R studies, failure catalogues; analysis of internal and external problems; root cause identification, elaboration of quality alerts, process audits, finished product audits, annual product evaluations (layout), analysis of returned parts due to customer complaints, control of suppliers and customers, standardisation and focus on lean manufacturing, compliance with quality regulations, organising and focusing activities on continuous process improvement.Main ResponsibilitiesResponsible for verifying compliance with the process control plan, verifying the application of statistical process techniques, analysis of cp/cpks, when applicable, management of the activities of the quality auditors, compliance with the process audit programme, training of personnel in charge, follow-up of corrective and preventive actions derived from internal and external problems, as well as the results of the non-conformities of the process audits to ensure that the processes are carried out in accordance with the quality standards declared in the QMS
