**YOUR ROLE**:

- Develops tests and reports on formulations.
- Executes lab testing and generates test data and documentation.
- Ensures SHE and compliance.
- Communicates with various internal functions.
- Follows up on non-conformities and change controls.
- Monitors quality incidents and quality management systems.
- Participates in audits.

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Industrial Engineer or similar, with experience in the chemical/cosmetic industry.
- Quality specialty
- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Intermediate level English
- SAP, Excel Intermediate-Advanced, Minitab (desirable)
- Experience in executing and receiving internal and external audits.
- Problem solving methodologies (5W2H, 8D, 5 whys)
- Root cause analysis
- Knowledge of management systems
