With a focus on achieving peak efficiency in operations, the Supply Operational Support role at Ericsson plays a crucial part in the planning, contract management, order fulfilment, warehousing, distribution, and invoicing within our supply processes. Dedicating efforts as a 1st line support for our supply division, this position also plays a critical role in identifying business requirements, analyzing performance, pinpointing areas for improvement, and implementing necessary corrective actions. **What you will do**:
- Support process management through deploying supply process strategies, managing interface coordination, and ensuring proper process and system capabilities.
- Verify and maintain process efficiency by analyzing and educating within improvement areas, as well as maintaining our product information page.
- Offer 'super user' support, including operational follow-ups of implementation, drive process alignment, and log supply chain queries.
- Deploy supply processes and tools using general business rules, conduct key control/SOX compliance checks, and support IT testing management.
- Provide first in the line support to secure fast response, 24/7 availability of both direct and indirect user support, as well as maintaining product-related self-help information.
- Secure product data throughout the supply chain lifecycle management, including collecting product information, writing and approving relevant documents, and undertaking updates to improve the supply chain process.
