About the Role: Supervises the execution of Quality Assurance objectives. May lead a team of Quality Assurance entry level professional employees. Sets day-to-day objectives for the achievement of immediate Quality Assurance goals within area of responsibility. Ensure that production processes meet the requirements and specifications in accordance with quality standards.
Role Responsibilities: Ensure external customer requirements are met.Ensure the introduction of new products.Provide acceptance criteria for internal processes.Supervise execution of plans, guidelines, policies, and processes to ensure the achievement of quality targets.Supervise elements of organization projects or processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving.Supervise quality improvement processes to ensure ongoing reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and escapes.Supervise the collection and analysis of quality information for use in the development of quality strategy and programs.Review production processes, ensuring quality standards are met and making recommendations for quality improvement.Minimum Requirements: Engineering Degree: IME, IMA, IQ, IIA.Experience in Quality Roles: 2 years.Experience in the Metalworking Industry: 2 years.Core Tools (MSA, SPC, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP).RRCA (Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving).Basic Statistics (Control Charts, Histograms).Use of measurement instruments (micrometers, microscopes, universal testing machines).Lean Manufacturing.ISO 9001.Personnel Management.Advanced English.Benefits: Health insurance.Professional development opportunities.Our Commitment to You: Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
