- University Degree in **Industrial/Mechical/Chemistry or similar**:

- **5 to 7 **years of experience in Quality.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support design and manufacturing functions during all stages of the CAPM process. Participate in stage gate and programme reviews.
- Participate in the development of the Process Flow/PFMEA/Control Plan. Review special characteristics in deployment.
- Verify that engineering, process intent, and production samples are manufactured and inspected according to SAFE Sample and customer specific requirements.
- Develop strong working relationships with customers and support on-site visits.
- Responsible for preparing and leading the Product Launch Quality Reviews (PLQR) and coordination of related Product Launch Quality Improvement Plan (PLQIP).
- Complete and submit PPAP documentation for approval and ensure it includes approved changes.
- Ensure PSW (Parts Submission Warrant) is signed off prior to the start of production.
- Responsible for training, implementation, follow-up, and closure of Initial Mass Production Quality plan (SAFE LAUNCH).
- Support problem solving activities and ensure timely feedback to the customer on product launch concerns.
- Undertake training when identified to improve business capability and allow for changes in technology and quality requirements. Continuously improve Advanced Quality processes.
**Competences
- Experience working in Quality Function
- Manufacturing process experience
- Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications (including GD&T)
- Experience/training with ISO/TS 16949 systems
- Knowledge of customer standards and specific requirements
- Knowledge of GKN Driveline products and processes
- Experience using analysis tools such as MSA and APQP/CAPM
- Experience conducting RCFAs (root cause failure analyses) on products
- Lean Principles, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma training
- Experience working with product warranties and analysing warranty data
- Experience with warranty management systems
