You will work closely with your local and international colleagues from Denmark and Asia, but also in the US.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:The Junior Quality System Engineer performs quality systems duties, including maintenance of corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) and audits systems. Ensures and maintains a state of inspection readiness. Performs in various quality functional areas and maintains expertise.This person will support processes in base business.Ensures compliance of the Corrective Action and Preventative Action systemFacilitates Quality Report and Quality System Management Review meetingsServes as site trainer for the Corrective Action and Preventative Action (CAPA) and Nonconformances systemsLeads quality projects with cross functional teamsMaintains quality records on product testing, nonconformance, project outcomes, and stakeholder input filed in an accurate and timely mannerCoordinates change control documentation and approval processMakes proposals and assists in the development of corrective and preventative action plans and monitors implementationFollows up on closure of corrective and preventive actionsDevelops and conducts Effectiveness Monitoring actionsConducts investigations, collects data, analyzes trends and prepares reports for assigned quality processes. Has thorough understanding of process criteria and regulations and business impact of decisions and actionsAssesses current quality systems and recommends improvements in order to enhance quality and reduce cycle timePrepare internal audit calendar and act as lead / internal auditor.Prepares for and facilitates audits and inspections.Monitors trends, identifies issues, recommends, and implements appropriate actionsAssists in the development, implementation, and review of standard operating proceduresMaintain current knowledge of the regulations and ISO 13485Any other duties identified by managementComplies with Ambu practices.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:Bachelor's Engineering Degree preferably or related technical fieldMore than 5 years related experienceREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS:Strict attention to detailsKnowledge on regulatory, quality and compliance areas.The ability to perform "hands on" troubleshooting and problem solving is preferred. The ability to think on the feet and providing sound judgment is highly desired.Knowledge and experience in the areas listed in the Duties and Responsibilities associated with the position.Other Additional Requirements:Ability to organize and follow up on multiple priorities
