Quality Engineer

**EMPRESA AUTOMOTRIZ IMPORTANTE****Solicita**:**Quality Engineer****Descripción y Requisitos****SUMMARY**:Ensure the quality of the process being the eyes of the client in the company.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Management of customer complaints.- Analysis of the causes of process failures.- Development of projects with PPAP clients until their approval.- Provide technical support to the different departments in relation to the 8D reports of the quality system.- Provides guidance to new manufacturing schedules, including quality checks and ensuring proper documentation of each phase.- Implementation and compliance with the QRQC quality audit and training system.- Establishment and monitoring of the reaction plan- Equipment Validation / Gage R&R- Supervise quality assurance inspectors based on standard work- Coordination and monitoring of the activities of the SPC.- Production validation controlled by engineering changes.- FMEA evaluation.**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Industrial or related career preferred- 4 + years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment- High proficiency in using MS Office software.- Must be fluent in EnglishPuesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
