LACROIX Electronics MI, LLC is the North American entity of the Electronics Activity and is one of the premier specialty provider of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) with a revenue over $200M in 2023. Locations are in Michigan, Texas, and Juarez Mexico.
- Represent (specify customer) in terms of quality within Lacroix. To contribute to the development of a climate of trust with customers and to provide them with the necessary assurances and evidence to this end.
- Inform Lacroix of the level of customer satisfaction.
- Guarantee the conformity of the products delivered to customers....
- Coordinate and follow up on action plans defined during meetings with clients.
- Coordinate customer visits to Lacroix sites in terms of quality.
- Coordinate and monitor the action plan generated following the Client audit, particularly during the management review.
- Ensuring the relevance of 8Ds, and effective internal/external communication.
- Present quality commitments during RFQ presentations to the various customers
- Monitor the progress of a product or process development or modification
- Actively participate in monthly review with the client
**Qualifications**
Skills & Knowledge required:
- Level of education required: Engineer
- 5 years of experience in a large series electronics company in the automotive industry, in a position including quality issues.
- Knowledge of electronics
- Experience in a quality position with ideally the management of the customer interface.
- Mastery and referent on customer repositories: APQP, PPAP phase, etc.
- Mastery of quality tools (FMEA, 8D monitoring plan, 5 whys,...)
- Proficiency in office software
