In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the Sr. Quality Engineer, you as a Quality Engineer, will be responsible to adapt, monitor and maintain all the specifications required by our customers and standards.About the job:Assure all customer complaints are responded on time & properly 8D response is documented.Manage quality technicians to make sure process audits are done on time.Provide support to NPI team to deliver high quality samples on time.Analyze internal PPM levels & solve top contributors using 8D methodologies.Keep track & dispose material in MRB to stay within target.Keep track & improve cost of poor quality.About you:Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related.Good statistical skills in tools such as: CPK, SPC.Ability to work with a high mix low volume production environment.Experience managing quality technicians to achieve the desired goals.PPAP elaboration experience.Negotiation skills.Knowledge of MSA (GR&R).Excellent written and verbal communication English skills.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
