For all.Highly organized.Responsible for interpreting engineering print specifications and developing a quality inspection plan, including any required gauges, by understanding and utilizing quality tools to assist engineering and manufacturing in collecting and analyzing data to stabilize and improve processes.Availability to work on weekends may be required due to program schedules.Address non-conforming parts and investigate customer complaints, applying customer protection skills.Resolve quality issues using Ishikawa, 3L5W methodologies, identifying root causes and establishing corrective actions. Knowledge of Red X and other methodologies is a plus.Develop, improve, and maintain quality criteria for new products, quality standard documentation, and training for operators, auditors, and inspectors.Perform process and product audits and coordinate Safe Launch process inspections.Review, support, and update Quality Control Plans, Process FMEA's, Flow Diagrams, and GR&R's for current production.Analyze inspection results data to supervise and control part quality and process capability.Demonstrate teamwork and excellent communication skills with internal teams and customers.Develop documents such as First off-last off, Checking fixture measurements, and P-Y's verification list.Knowledge of Reverse FMEA.Conduct Dimensional Layouts Evaluation for current production.Create production quality documents (i.E., First Off's, Audit Sheets, SPC Charts, Customer interface characteristics, operator work instructions).Ability to develop Dimensional Capability Studies.Establish Launch Containment Plan and Criteria (Customer Specific Requirements).Set Internal Boundary Samples.Manage quality representatives and oversee quality inspectors.IATF internal auditor preferred.Ensure compliance with Safety, Environmental, and Ergonomics procedures (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).#J-18808-Ljbffr
