Requisition ID: 38316- Job Location(s): Santiago De Queretaro, MXDanfoss is looking for a Quality Engineer with a technical background who is passionate and motivated towards delivering best quality and continual improvement._ _Responsible for monitoring and controlling the quality process at the assigned area. Develop and drive action plans for improvements. Leading Quality investigations in response to Customers concerns. Support continuous improvement activities to ensure consistent product flow within established industry standards, government regulations and Customer requirements._
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Liason between plant Quality department and Customer department.
- Develops and leads action plans to prevent and resolve Customer and Quality issues.
- Lead Customer response through 8Ds, control plans, return material authorization (RMA).
- Performs Quality process and Quality system audits on cell in charge and upload the appropiate reports to the Quality system site as required.
- Leads capability studies to process validation (tools/fixtures). Statistical studies such as GR&R, Cpk, SPC and provides input to process validation.
- Leads problem solving activities using tools such as 8Ds, DOE (Design of Experiments), 5Why's.
- Leads actions towards resolution on warranty failures related with the manufacturing process.
- Supports to new product introduction with advanced planning Quality process.
- Oversees all activities are met under ISO 9001 requirements.
- Responsible of non-conforming product, identification, disposition and action plans to avoid reoccurrence.
- Monitors and creates / Lead to meet action plan to Quality indicators.
- Promote Quality culture and trains auditors/technicians.
- Provides leadership to support to Quality auditors/technicians.
- Ensures 5S culture, implementing and evaluating in all processes.
- Elaborates and communicate all organization levels process performances on charts: defects, scrap, quarantine, action plans.
- Participates into the definition, validation and closure of corrective actions from Customer Quality concerns, deviations and engineering changes.
- Assume and motivate responsibility and accountability across the organization related with Quality management system effectiveness.
- Promote risk prevention/assessment and process attachment.
- Manage WISPER/360 Customer systems.
- Support and/or participate on continuous improvement activities such as: Kaizen, ideas programs, cost out and/or demonstrate improvements in goals year over year in our process or practices aligned to achieve our business goals and objectives, TIPs.
- Ensure activities are in compliance with the QMS (ISO-9001 e IATF16949) and quality policy and also aligned with the strategic direction of the organization and business context.
- Ensure quality management system (ISO-9001 e IATF16949) requirements and resources are fully integrate and available within all business process.

**Background & Skills**:
- 3 Years Experience in a similar role.
