**_Quality Engineer_**
**Job based in Torreon, Matamoros, Coahuila. Matamoros II Plant. E-Systems division.**

As **Quality Engineer, **you will be responsible to customer service to respond to quality problems, coordinate the implementation of defect containment inside and outside of the plant, coordinate the engineering, manufacturing, maintenance team. Program launches and product transfers to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
**YOUR TASK WILL BE**
- Respond to customers in relation to reported quality complaints.
- Coordinate the multidisciplinary team for the resolution of quality problems through different methodologies existing: 8Ds, Ishikawa Diagrams, DDW.
- Coordinate defect analysis and customer response meetings.
- Verify customer systems to ensure that all reported issues have been addressed.
- Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**
- Industrial engineering or similar.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Quality Tools.
- Automotive experience.
- Proficent English Level.
