- Detains Production process if the product quality is at risk
- Drives structured problem solving, initiates and follows up A3's
- Participates in improvement projects in all processes if required
- Statistical Analysis of Lab and process quality data
- Production Process capability studies
- Update Quality Control Plans
- Responsible to assure correct scrap documentation and data analysis
- Assure system for safe start of production
- Assures that a system for supplier quality assurance is implemented
- Assures a correct incoming inspection of raw materials
- Defines the test frequencies for incoming inspection
- Communicate quality supplier evaluation
- Leads process audits, and participates in internal audits as auditor
- Follow up on Non conformances of internal process audits
- Creates quality work instructions
- Responsible for Quality specifications and instructions on the shop floor
- Assures the fulfillment of customer requirements in plant processes
- Coordinate customer audits
- Receives and coordinates the root cause analysis and prepares decision on whether a claim is accepted or not
- Assures that corrective actions are taken in relation to customer claims
- Implements core tools (FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, APQP etc) as far as required internally or by customer
- Trains new employees in quality topics
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree or master degree or comparable in engineering
- Knowledge of: Core Tools (AIAG: APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC,MSA, CP), Methodology 8D/A3, Audits, ISO/TS 16949,
- ISO 9001, ISO 19001, TS 16949 and ISO 14001; Internal auditor
- Manufacturing related technologies, systems, infrastructures, standards and processes
- SAP System
- Microsoft Office
- Project management skills, tools and techniques
- English skills
