Tasks
Effective management and administration of information related to customer charges for claims due to quality issues of serial material and/or project stage.
Efficient communication with Sales, Finance, and plant team for the management of these charges and corrective actions arising from complaints.
Supports in the creation of documents for product and process control within the quality manual, including process descriptions, work instructions, formats related to charge acceptance and rejections, etc.
Creation, implementation and maintenance of documents related to positions and their management from the SAP system.
Ensures quality control documentation is available at the last level of review in processes.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor degree in Engineering.
+ 3 years automotive market experience.
+ 3 years experience in Quality.
Advanced English language.
Advanced Problem Solving tools.
Audits experience
