Manufacturing operations reside in Hendersonville, NC, Pittsburgh, PA, Plympton, MA, Christiansburg, VA, Acuna, MX and Tijuana, MX.Descripción del empleo- Prepares plans to avoid recurrence of non-conformity of the process and/or product.- Analyze issues related to the product, process and quality system and works toward its solution.- Evaluates non-compliant product and provides pertinent disposal.- Ensures that nonconforming product is not shipped without written authorization.- Responsible for the creation and update of manufacturing control plans (MCP)- Verifies the criteria contained in the control plan periodically.- Update and review MCP and PFMEAS due to customer complaints- Responsible to quickly manage customer complaints and resolve the issue.- Responsible for the creation of measurement and/or evaluation methods and support in the creation of gages and Poka-yokes.- Participates in the ISO / MCP internal quality audit program.- Validates the introduction of new products and PVPs.- Maintains direct contact with customers and suppliers.- Generate and manage corrective actions for suppliers..- Track and disposal of product and components located in QCHold.- Train direct reports on interpretation, use and completion of quality documentation.- Identifies and carries out projects aimed at reducing/eliminating the costs of poor quality.- Ensures that the product received is in accordance with the specifications. - Identification of quality features to be inspected and obtaining test equipment required.- Responsible to ensure products comply with external agencies (UL, CSA, ETL, etc.) regulations.- Authority and supervision of leaders and quality auditors.- Defines and documents acceptance criteria, as well as audit procedures.- Collaborates in the preparation of process capacity studies.- Has authority to release the product. - Ability to interpret and read technical drawings and documentation.**Requisitos**:- Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution or 5 years of relevant experience in Quality
