Learn more at www.Averydennison.Com.Job DescriptionABOUT YOUR ROLEPlans, implements and manages control systems for manufacturing processes and administration processes of changes, such as new product introduction and revision changes.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:Assume any responsibilities and tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor and complete them satisfactorily.Keep your work area in order and cleanliness.Follow the internal work regulations and the safety requirements established by the company.Actively participate in the improvement of the Quality/Safety and Environment Management System, based on the procedures and instructions, as well as sharing, understanding and complying with the Quality/Safety and Environment Policy.Define the controls to ensure the conformity of the product in each of the stages of the production process.Plan, develop and implement control plans for materials, sub-assemblies, and finished products.Plan, develop and implement control plans for systems changes, such as NPI and engineering changes.Ensure that product specifications are implemented in manufacturing processes.Participate and, if necessary, coordinate the validation of manufacturing processes.Participate in the coordination and implementation of introduction and changes in products and/or processes.Participate in the introduction of new products in review of documents, components and processes.Provide the necessary information to the auditors and quality technicians under their charge.Coordinate and participate in corrective/preventive actions in the processes under your responsibility.Direct, supervise, monitor and coordinate assigned corrective and preventive actions.Determine if the manufacturing processes are capable of guaranteeing the required quality using quality tools such as R&R, capability studies, etc.Other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience.Excellent communication at all levels.Decision making skills
