Manage the Quality Auditors reporting to the position, as well as follow up required trainings or skills increase, and also corporate and organizational objectives accomplishment.
Ensure the proper follow-up for all the Quality Requirements of the customers in the assigned Projects, and the Quality requirements defined as YFIOS.Responsibilities:Management of the Quality Auditors: Schedule, Permissions, Vacation, Holidays, always ensuring not leaving unprotected the Plant's operations as well as customer service, and payroll and assistance follow-up.Develop soft and technical basic skills competencies in the Quality Auditors (Competence Model Yanfeng), required for their positions.Ensure to review, validate, create, update, the CP, ODS, SPC, PPAP, GRRs, Dimensional Reports, Capabilities, PFMEA, First Part Release, MSA as needed to be accomplished, documented, and reviewed in the floor shop according to schedule, or required by customer.Ensure customer service and communication to avoid any customer complaint by lack of communication or quick answering for any quality issue.Maintain open communication with Quality Superintendent and Quality Manager related to escalation topics, customer complaints, status, projects, or others.Develop clear and effective Quality Inspection Methods/Routes to ensure there is no risk for non-effective inspection due to unclear criteria, inspection method, or inefficient tools used.Coordinate and ensure the proper 8D answering on time related to Formal and informal 3CPR, MQR, CS1/2, customer complaints, internal complaints, implementing effective corrective actions, and lessons learned to prevent reoccurrences.Responsible for any Containment, Rework process, non-conformance material disposition, or quality issue inside and outside the plant.Follow up in launching stages for new projects, for all items related to quality, verifying that Advance Quality Team delivers and covers all requirements before final release of the project.Ensure Quality Auditors are trained in all criteria, inspection methods, and documentation related to assigned projects.Ensure the follow-up and accomplishment on time for Product Audits, Annual Revalidation, according to schedule plan.Ensure and follow up for the use of IQS related to Quality Complaints and 8D scoring format.Follow up on the corrective actions closing time derived from customer or 3rd party Audits.Support Quality Auditors, Inspectors when there are doubts for any criteria definition, to release or stop the lines.Lead the Quality portion in the HPTs related to assigned projects – only if applicable
