.**ESSENTIALS FUNCTIONS**:- Leads line rejects analysis to improve FTQ, Scrap and PPM, follow up actions using A3 Problem solving as a main tool.- Provides the interface between the organization and their customers:- Proactive communication with critical customers.- Customer Portal Monitor and actions needed execution.- Coordinate corrective actions, containment and quality alerts.- Customer visits coordination and actions proposed.- Maintain Process documentation updated with engineering changes, using process and product audits as a daily tool, having the following inputs:- LPA, Internal, FEA, External and QFC Audits.- Product and Process Audit.- Reverse poke yoke audits and Special Characteristics revision.- Provides Monitoring of the correct performance of measuring systems.- Teams up with SQE in the follow up of supplier problems, Keep MRB/Hold at minimum.- Responsible to define material shipment in compliance with deviation/bypass process when applies, working together with product engineering as required.- Support Plant initiatives (RIE, Cost Out, TVSM, etc.).LI-sL4**Qualifications**:**SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE**:**General**- Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial Engineering- Minimum 3 years as QA Engineer- English 90% Written & Verbal Skills- Basic Safety Knowledge**Analytical & Statistical Tools**:- Problem Solving Skills (8D, A3, 5 whys, Fishbone, Pareto etc.)- Six Sigma / Shainin certification desired- _ASQ CQE Certification desired_**External requirements knowledge**:- Automotive Industry Background ISO 9000 - IATF Knowledge- _Internal Auditor certificate desired _**Inspection and testing**:- Advanced Inspection & Testing- GD&T & MSA knowledge**Process and product quality planning**- Automotive Core Tools knowledge (PPAP, APQP, PCP, SPC, PFMEA)**Quality Leadership / Leadership**:- Communication and Negotiation Skills- _Gets Results, Thinks, and acts strategically _- _Passionate, Accountable, Efficient _What you will get from usEaton's mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
