You will also be responsible for the following activities:Responsible for safety, quality health and environmental protection, in accordance to Saltillo´s Plant Integral Policy.Establishes and communicates the necessary strategies and KPIs to comply with the business objectives and customer satisfaction. Implements systems that promote continuous improvement and a strong culture towards Quality.Designs, develops & implements robust quality processes and systems to assure compliance with quality standards, regulations & customer requirements.Utilizes statistical analysis and data-driven methods to monitor and evaluate process performance, identifying trends, and proactively addresses potential quality concerns.Leading the Quality Inspectors team, providing technical & personal support.Demonstrate technical abilities to assure Quality throughout the processes & personal abilities to manage people, as well as internal and external customers.Coordinate with the Plant Team, action plans to reduce or eliminate non-conformities that can lead to risk the product quality.Take timely decisions regarding non-conforming product, materials, shipments, urgent materials.Coordinate efforts between areas, to inspect products, or in case rework is needed.Determines, implements & maintains Quality Controls on the different processes, to continuously improve its performance, developing Quality Control Plans.Leads problem-solving initiatives and drives successful outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Leads & supports new product, machine, & process validation activities, including developing protocols, conducting/leading testing, analyzing results & implementing improvements.Conducts thorough risk assessments to identify potential quality risks and develops risk mitigation strategies.Qualification required:Engineering Degree (Chemical or similar).Expertise as a Quality Process Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.English Advanced/Fluent
