Review and support lack of quality projectsiv.

Work with WO & PM to complete Occurrence & Release and Quality Maintenance projectsv.
Maintain, Analyze, Release and follow up the QA Matrix or equivalent completion (Reactive, Preventive, Proactive and Launch) completion1.
Identify top issues off QA Matrix or equivalent and set-up problem solving teams to attack those issues, and assure there is read across to other areas of the plant for preventive and proactive approachvi.
Lead QA Network or equivalent completionvii.
Provide guidelines to the team in process solving problem using quality tools: 7 Steps of QCS, 7 steps of QMviii.
Occurrence & Release supportix.
Coordinate Quality Pillar activities and lead Quality Pillar Team meetingsx.
Keep Quality Pillar information up-to-date.3.
Audita.
Prepare/coach teams that are identified to present during the audits.B.
Prepare Quality Pillar information for the Audits and assure the compliancec.
Provide assistance to Quality Pillar Lead to ensure the compliance requirementsd.
Work with Plant Quality and Product Engineering Managers to ensure their groups are working towards identifying, prioritizing and leading projects to reduce Pulls and Warranty defects.
This is necessary to achieve KPI metric targets.E.
Integrate with the other Pillars to assist in plant reviews.3.
Benchmark & Read Acrossa.
Foster an environment of continuous improvement in the QE organization by benchmarking, evaluating others best practices, reviewing lessons learned, etc.B.

Suggestions Completion**Education level**: Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university3 years of experience**2.
Major(s)**: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering3.
Other two-year engineering or technology degrees in combination with relevant experience will be considered**4.
Technical Experience**: 2 years of related experience5.
Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions6.
