Our Metalmechanic Division is looking for a Quality EngineerWho Perform process level audits (Standard Work, Quality Procedures, etc.)- Coordinate solutions to problems that affect metrics- Lead scrap reduction projects- Identify areas of opportunity in the system and work on the continuous improvement of them- Update the deviation system and notify staff- Periodically monitor and notify the status of deviations to ensure their effective closure- Notify engineering changes- Maintain, Improve and control the Quality Management System documentation- Follow up on Non-Conformities/Corrective Actions of internal audits and customer complaints until their effective closure- Participate as an internal auditor of the Quality Management System- Creation and updates to PFMEA's- Creating and updating control plans- Lead PPAP processes- Perform capability studies Cp Cpk assessment on manufacturing processes.- Creation, evaluation and updating of procedures and work instructions**QUALIFICATIONS**- 5 years work experience as a Quality Engineer- Experience with PFMEA- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and their calibration- Able to conduct basic metrology using standard precision measuring tools and equipment- Hands on experience with QMS and testing methodologies- Experience with manufacturing and production processes and engineering principles.- Familiar with manual assembly operations- Basic understanding assembly part tolerancing and GD&T- Bilingual a plus- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) Compensation: Competitive, bonus eligible Travel: Available for travel, domestic and internationalTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado, Por periodo de pruebaSalario: $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 al díaBeneficios:- Vales de despensaHorario:- Turno matutinoPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadExperiência:- Calidad: 5 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Ingles (Obligatorio)Trabajar desde casa:- No
