We currently run our business with 3 legacy platforms: our core platform, our payers' integrations platform and our digital channels, including IOS and Android apps and our website.
We have just started a transformation program to migrate all the platforms to microservices and to move from a dev-sec-ops philosophy.
The technologies to use are in the very latest stages of their standardization and they are pointing to Spring Boot, Flutter and Angujar in AWS EKS, although for some use cases we can keep native web, IOS or Android in the frontends.
We are creating a big Solutions Centre in Karachi, Pakistan and we are recruiting a significant number of engineers in all the areas including solutions architects, systems administrators, devops, networking
engineers, software developers, architects and qa engineers work together with the rest of the teams distributed geographically mainly in Spain, Mexico and UK so far.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Define appropriate measures and testing plans to ensure product quality.
- A combination of manual functional/non-functional testing and test automation.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to understand product specifics and create corresponding test artifacts.
- Testing a multi-platform product (Android, iOS, Web, CMS, APIs).
- Provide feedback to the Head of QA and stakeholders about progress, blockers and deviation from the plan.
- Ensuring the documentation is self-explanatory, reliable, and updated.
- Define and automate test cases for our multi-platform product and the testing framework platform.
- Work closely with the Head of QA, QA Architect and QA Leads to understand test strategy, testing tools and current QA processes.
- Follow best practices for QA Automation and QA processes and collaborate with the team to improve them.
- Handling current QA automation projects and being able to work from scratch.
- Perform analysis, research, and interpretation of business requirements to develop the test plan and test automation solution.
**About you**
- You have excellent communication skills in English.
- You count on an MScs in computing or telecommunications.
- You have more than 10 years' experience in different roles and at least 5 years as QA Engineer
- You have a security-first mentality and you feel super comfortable with cyber-security requirements.
- You have some certifications: ITIL, Java Certification, ISTQB, Agile, or others testing related.
- You have experience developing automated tests with Java, Selenium, Gherkin, Maven, REST-Assured, PACT and Appium following the POM design pattern.
- You have a clear understanding on: Test Types, Test Levels, Test Techniques, Test Activities and Test Artifacts.
- You have experience with Test Management tools and Task management/Tracking tools like: XRay, Jira, TestRails, HP ALM
- You master CVS mainly GIT and pull request review processes.
- You master CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- You have experience in Performance test: load and stress testing
- You have experience using Cloud services like AWS services: CloudWatch, EC2, S3 and others.
