Service Network Engineer is a fundamental position to our organization, as this person will be responsible to bring Tech Support to our Service Centers and final Customers.
The ideal candidate must have relevant experience to bring support and create activities to detect Quality issues in field, Quality assurance in Warehouse and create reports of quality issues with national reach for companies in the HVAC, Water Heating, Home Appliances or Electronics market segments.
Highly organized and multi-tasking individual, knowledge in Quality Assurance, detect quality issues in field, work in Quality assurance in warehouse.
This person must be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and be able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time. They must also be flexible and able to work well in a team environment. Essential attributes include excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to multitask and remain focused in high-pressure and fast-paced situations. The ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships is critical.
The candidate should have the ability to assess risk and protect the company from potential complaints from customers, working closely with our legal team.
Responsibilities: Detect quality issues.Analyze defective product and parts.Creation and monitoring of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI)Collaborate with Parts team in order to review and analyze defective partsCollaborate with CIC to identify and warranty quality of each product.Analyze product in Warehouse to achieve quality.
