**Your Job**
We are looking for a Quality Engineer responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and implementing best practices in quality management. You will lead initiatives to improve quality performance metrics and support a Zero-Defect mentality within the department.

**What You Will Do**
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce 6S practices.
- Lead improvements in Quality performance metrics (QN, Scrap, Non-conforming material).
- Respond to customer issues with effective containment and corrective actions; prepare 8D reports.
- Guide the development of inspection requirements and product processing techniques.
- Plan and report on product/process changes using statistical tools.
- Collaborate on qualification, PPAP, and Safe-Launch of products, supporting the APQP process.
- Ensure effective deployment and periodic review of FMEA, control plans, and process flows.
- Support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
- Contribute to Molex Quality and Environmental systems compliance, including IATF 16949.
- Participate as a member of the internal audit team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering with background in quality.
- Robust experience in automotive manufacturing or quality-related field.
- Molding and Assemblies process knowledge; familiarity with IATF 16949.
- Statistical and Quality Tools. Application of SPC, Gage R&R, design of experiments.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
