**Your tasks**:- Ensure compliance with the client's specific requirements.- Ensure compliance with quality norms and standards in the manufacturing process.- Address the client's quality complaints, 0 Km and Guarantees, comply with the response time policy through the tools defined by the client or the internal methodology (PMP, 8D's, RedX, etc.
)- Ensure compliance with the plant's quality indicators through the use of quality tools (Core Tools, BPS, PFM, etc.
)- Promote a philosophy of zero defects through the definition of preventive actions based on the quality system.- Maintain communication with the customer team (Customer Team) to ensure compliance with the quality system from the development of new products.
