**Job Description**:
**Main Objective**
Provide support in the implementation and improvement of quality control systems.
Coordinate customer failure reports (0km) and deploy the required procedures per specification.
Report continuous improvement actions to reach customer excellence.
**What challenges will you have?
**
- Address quality issues through efficient solving problem methodology to find the root cause for concurring events
- Coordinate and support the development of 8D according to customer specific requirements
- Coordinate activities related to customer complaints due to 0km, field faults and internal faults
- Monitor the quality functions in process and finished product
- Coordinate and give follow up on any plan of activities to improve the quality of processes and products
**Qualifications**:
**Who are we looking for?
**
- Scholarship: Mechanic, Electromechanic, Industrial Engineering degree or similar.
- From 2 to 4 years of experience in the Automotive Industry as Quality Engineer
- Advanced English level
**Technical Knowledge**
- Knowledge in 8Ds methodology
- Problem Solving
- 5 Whys
- Ishikawa Diagram
- Core Tools (SPC, PPAP, PS, QAM, AMEF)
- Electrical Mechanical Skills and Knowledge
