**What you'll do?: Ensuring all project quality targets are met, managing launch timelines & deliverables and insure the transition to quality volume production.**
**YOUR profile**:
- Conversational **English **(B2, C1, C2)
- Bachelor of Science in **Engineering **Degree education.
- Knowledge of **Quality and Lean methodologies **and tools.
- Experience in **DFMEA, CAE, CAD, GD&T**:
- Knowledge of industrialization and project processes, and related management methods, **APQP / PPAP **processes.
- Self-motivated. Able to meet deadlines with strong **analytical and problem-solving** skills.
- Strong **communication skills** with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft suit and Google, **TeamCenter Cad** is a plus. Familiarity with statistical control concepts.
**What you'll bring**:
- Responsible for the **achievement of quality targets **during development steps for one or several vehicles.
- Responsible for delivery of** **APQP-PPAP processes and documentation.**:
- In charge of activities to** **avoid issue reoccurrence**, control of risks, manage quality convergence paths to reach the expected objectives (APQP-PPAP scope).
- Ensures the **achievement of project quality targets **defined by BCI Department.
- Responsible for **efficient communication** between project teams, engineering teams, manufacturing, and other partners.
- ** Defines actions and deliverables** for milestones required at each stage of the development, assesses results, manages KPI's.
- ** Applies escalation processes** to manage risks of non-compliance and proposes recovery plans.
