Job Qualifications and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or similar field).Advanced English oral and written (mandatory)1 to 3 years of proven experience in industry, production management or engineering. Desirable manufacturing industryKnowledge of quality control and statistical analysisProject managementExperience in quality audit and technical documentationKnowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 StandardFailure analysis. Experience in evaluation/root cause analysis.Continuous improvement toolsCompetencies and Skills:Problem solvingDecision makingTeamworkAttention to detailsResponsibilities:You are responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest possible quality standards. Work closely with other engineers and technicians to identify, analyze and resolve any quality issues and develop processes that ensure product quality throughout the process.
Plan and implement audits to ensure that internal processes and products meet quality standards.Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, evaluate process capacity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate improvement events (Kaizen) for the area.Coordinate root cause analysis and problem resolution to identify and resolve quality problems, deviations, and non-conformities.Ensure together with the operational areas that the final product meets quality standards and client specifications.Create Procedures-Work Instructions based on best/opportunities found in the Process.Shared Responsibilities:Safety – Meet safety and environmental KPIsHR - labor relations, services, personnel developmentInspection and Production Departments: To optimize the correct operation in Quality and Productivity.Suppliers: specifically understand our requirements.
