Together, let's create the extraordinary!Job SummaryPosition SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Quality Engineer Hard Tool Process located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer Hard Tool Process role involves Maintaining quality engineering programs, standards, and improvements within the organization.What a typical day looks like:- Approves product, process, and equipment qualifications.- Develops and initiates inspection, testing and evaluation standards and methods.- Develops sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.- Develops and applies methods and procedures for the removal of discrepant material and devises methods for assessing cost and accountability.- Directs workers responsible for measuring and testing product and tabulating data relating to materials, product or process quality and reliability.- Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.- Ensures the availability and integrity of all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results.- Responsible for the development, implementation, review, and maintenance of quality standards for the processing of materials into partially finished products.- Designs and applies methods and procedures to inspect, test and evaluate the accuracy and precision of products and/or production equipment.- Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective action.- Internal and customer communication.The experience we are looking for to join our team:- Engineering or equivalent work experience (metalworking).- Experience with KPIs (Quality).- Knowledge of quality tools (8Ds, 5 Whys, Pareto Diagram etc.)- Experience with engineering changes.- Experience with NPI.- Familiar with FMEA and control plan.- Knowledge of Hard Tool (Punching, Laser, Bending, Insertion, stamping process, etc.)- Good command of Minitab (DOE and SPC).- Process Control (CP and CPK).- Advanced English.What you will receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Medical and life insurance.- Christmas bonus.- Food vouchers.- Savings Fund
