As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures. With your strong attention to detail and expertise in quality engineering, you will drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Ciudad Juarez MX2M location.
This position has the responsibility and authority to participating in the development, documentation, maintenance, and improvement of the Corrective Action Preventive Action process, Customer Complaints. Must ensure continued compliance to associated regulations, standards, and corporate policies. In addition, provide support to the internal and external auditing programs. Support elements will include hosting, audit response submissions; timely closure of initiated CAPAs associated to internal or external audit findings; and Quality KPI Reporting.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
Analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Actively participate in the definition, structuring and development of the QMS
Assure the correct control of MRB area
Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control processes and procedures
Maintain the compliance of the QMS, including CAPA, Internal Audits, Documents control, Deviations, ECNs, Continuous Improvement, Management Review and KPIs processes.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality systems engineering in Electronic Industry
Strong knowledge of SMT process, and post-SMT processes for electronic products
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
Experience with statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques
ISO 9001:2015 Internal auditor certification
Knowledge of IPC A 610, J STD 001, and EDS ANSI S20.20
Strong Communication Skills both verbal and written.
Willingness to travel internationally and domestically
Ability to use ERP system
