**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Work on complex and innovative projects to reduce internal and external quality issues- Provide technical support to define inspection techniques, test procedures, equipment development and training- Capable to digest quality documentation such as control plans, PFMEAs, inspection plans, test procedures, etc.- Diagnose quality problems (field, vendor's site and manufacturing plant), develop solutions, and monitor corrective action implementation and effectiveness.- Maintain and continually improving the quality management system in the areas assigned with a "risk management" approach- Assure compliance to company procedures, policies and most current revision of ISO 9001 standards- Active participation by internal audits and qualification process- Manage and develop technician & QC quality personnel- Analyze results and recommend solutions to product and process quality problems- Work with engineering and manufacturing staff, equipment manufacturers to develop solutions and implement preventative measures to address product and process quality problems**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:- BS degree in electronics / Industrial or other technical discipline- 6+ years of quality or engineering experience with a minimum 3 years in a quality role- Experienced with incoming inspection and supplier interaction- Oriented to problem-solving mentality- Self-sufficient and thrives in a team environment- Ability to influence and lead others, a change agent- Demonstrate interpersonal and negotiating skills- Desired English/Spanish with technical verbal and written communication skills- Knowledge of Pareto analysis techniques.- Skilled in the use of word-processing, spreadsheet, and database computer programs- Enthusiastic, hardworking, results oriented with a can-do attitude, working towards career advancement- Effective at multitasking and time management**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- Experience in the electronics industry / Lean manufacturing orientation and/or 6Sigma- BS degree in related field- Experience with implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM)- 1 to 3 years in a leadership position as a quality supervisor in a high-volume manufacturing organization- Experience in the use of InfinityQS- knowledge of ISO 9000-2015 version- GD&T / CMM / Engineering blueprint reading: Desired Level of Experience: Med & AdvanceTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes
