**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Quality & Focus Improvement Engineer Jr you will be responsible on the improvement and implementation of the Quality Pillar Methodology, leading the Zero-Defect System at the site. You would also lead the SPC Strategy for the site ensuring that the main quality points are being controlled and improved.
The position is based in Querétaro, México.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
**What you will do**:
As a Quality & Focus Improvement Engineer Jr, you will:
- Responsible for the implementation of Statistical Process Control in the factory.
- Responsible to ensure Zero Defect System.
- Intermediate knowledge of production area might be an added advantage.
- Ring Cycle methodology
- Responsible of costumer claims handling, secure analysis & avoid recurrence
- Waste Management: Owner of Total waste (process & defect waste)
- Base Material Management: Handle Quality issues from base materials, supplier evaluation.
- Drive initiatives and teams to improve productivity.
- Responsible of KPI such as EE & OEE
- Responsible on the improvement and implementation of the Quality Pillar Methodology & Focus I improvement pillar
- Knowledge WCM methods and tools applicability
**We believe you have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or similar engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience SPC, TQM, related experience would be a plus.
- Proficient in English and Spanish Language.
- WCM Methods and tools applicability.
- Intermediate knowledge of production area might be an added advantage.
- Yellow Belt Green Belt certification or desirable Green Belt certification.
