.**Job Description**:This is an onsite job:What you will do:Support GPS Quality Requirements. Monitor consistency to Global Metric Performance.Actively participate in Plant Quality Meetings. Manage RED X / OpEx projects as requested from Quality Manager.Proficiency and knowledge of the elements of the GM Quality System / GMS BIQ and of the Quality Launch Plan.Proficiency and knowledge of the requirements in the Global Quality Manual. Ability to coach, teach and audit elements of GM Quality Manual and GMS BIQ Principle and Elements.Managerial Courage to provide direct, honest, constructive feedback. Present clear problem definition, technical mentorship on complex problems, and regular updates on progress.Maintain updates to Quality Requirements. Maintain Quality Requirement deviations from plants.Maintain Cost of Quality reports by Plant.**Additional Job Description**:**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree: Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical or Mechatronic Engineer or similar.- Required experience in similar position: from 1 to 3 years.- Available to change shifts (4x3)- English Level: Advanced.- Key Skills: problem solving, customer focus, people management (lead teams), analytical thinking- Knowledge: core tools, Quality metrics, requirements and standards, Manufacturing systems, GD & T**Preferred Qualifications**:- REDX and OPEX Methodology- Green Belt/Black Belt- Previous experience machining processes (Gears)If any reasonable accommodation is needed to continue your process let your recruiter know.Just so you know diversity and inclusion are our strengths.
