**Title**: Quality Engineer - Monterrey
**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León IJD Monterrey
**Function**: Quality Engineering

**Main Responsibilities**:
OFP responsibility for the Assembly production Line in Skid Steer Loader:

- In charge for quality inspectors in the assembly line
- Analyze and review data for assembly and finishing operation to propose solutions and continues improvement.
- Review information for Defects per unit in Assembly and repair to propose improvement
- PFMEA´s and RPN´s Reduction, Review (PI´s, Work Instructions, Checklist), Administration for no conform material
- NCCA´s PRT & PRCT for Welding operations

**What Skills You Need**:

- +1 years of experience in Quality/Manufacturing.
- People Management experience.
- Upper Intermediate English skills (spoken and written).
- Analytic
- People oriented
- Communication skills
- Problem resolution
- Proactive

- Mechanical knowledge for a diesel equipment
