As our next Project Quality Lead Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the quality of automotive and industrial product launches and leading the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage the APQP process to ensure all quality requirements are met from the initial design phase through to production.- Develop and implement safe launch plans, deploy learnings from other manufacturing sites, and understand customer interfaces and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) with a preventive mindset.- Lead the resolution of quality issues during the safe launch period, including root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.- 7-8 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in the automotive industry.- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and other quality/core tools and methodologies.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.- Experience with IATF 16949 standards.
