Resumen:
Responsible for carrying out professional-level tasks whose purpose is to guarantee that the production process culminates with products and / or services that will be within predetermined standards. Analyzing statistical information, suggesting actions to improve the quality of its products, and developing better quality processes. Interact with suppliers and Clients as required preparing statistical reports and conclusions etc.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Ensure the Quality System is followed within all the implemented processes, understanding the Quality System and its development, documentation and implementation to domestic and international standards and Customer requirements.
- Assist in leading Root Cause analysis Teams to solve quality and process.
- Identify and execute Improvement Ideas (Kaizen) including cost savings.
- Conduct Inspection, pre-pilot, pilot, and production parts validation.
- Proficient in writing technical documentation and quality assurance reports. Technical documentation may include regulations
- ISO 9001 - 2015.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
Calificaciones:
- Must have 2 years of experience in similar position; possess general knowledge of all manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Possess skills to use Windows based programs and have good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of Associates up to and including Senior Management.
- Must have industrial engineer degree or similar.
- Must possess problem solving analysis skills.
