At Top Sun México, we are looking for the ideal candidate to join us during the start-up of the plant.ResponsibilitiesEffectively implement & manage the quality management system according to the IATF 16949:2016 standard and the specific requirements of clients, VDA 6.3, ISO 14001, GM1927.Lead internal/external audits.Follow up and close the points generated by the audits.Ensure that all the organization's procedures are correctly applied in the plant.Coordinate and prepare customer visits to follow up on the actions outlined in audits.Actively participate in the construction of a quality culture.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.3-5 years' relevant work experience (Plastic Injection, Plating, Assembly, Painting processes).Good knowledge & management of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 19011, Core Tools, VDA 6.3, BIQS (Experience working with GM products is a bonus).Business English.BenefitsChristmas bonus above the law.Saving Fund.Food Coupons.Medical insurance.Life insurance.Food service.Flextime.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesMotor Vehicle Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
