Quality Engineer / SQEQuality experience working on assembly lines, metal stamping & CNC processes (painting and plating is a plus)Experience in the preparation of procedures, test specifications, cost control planning and self-inspectionAssist Quality Manager in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management systemAnalyze failure, corrective, and preventive action to respond to customer complaintsBackground in development of team member, and equipment improvementsDemonstrable experience with process capability, design validation, corrective action, and working with external suppliers to improve quality, performing audits, and maintenance of quality documentation, PPAPs, FMEA, control plan.Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system for the efficient running of the operationInterface with Product Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure transfer to production of new products are in accordance with approved dataConduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audit finding reports and determining proper corrective and preventive actions.RequirementsDegree in engineering, minimum 5 years hands-on experience as Quality Engineer (Master Degree is a plus)Proven experience of Quality Assurance (automotive or electric)Statistical tools (must) and Six Sigma experience (preferable)Have a good command of written English and oral communication skills (85%)High service and teamwork attitudeGood judgement with sense of responsibility, initiative, and integrityGood office software, e.G.
