**Job Description**:
As Quality Gate moderator you will support the project team to ensure that we deliver high quality products that meet the needs of our customers by performing the following tasks:

- Evaluate the project fulfillment of automotive quality standards and Bosch internal directives of all new development projects from kick-off to series production release within the automotive sector of Robert Bosch (Evaluation is done during "Quality Gates" meetings)
- Ensure the uniform evaluation of project status and maturity based on central directives from an independent point of view.
- Support Project team in defining corrective actions and support their evaluation with the team to analyze if the measures have been successfully implemented and effective.
- Coach Project Managers and cross-functional team with work packages content and standards according to Bosch product development process
- Report projects status to Divisional Quality Vice President and Business Units Management.
- Follow and reporting of open actions, KPIs & KPRs

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Robert Bosch internal processes is a plus.
- Effective communication with stakeholders across different hierarchical levels is essential. (English and Spanish)
- Strong moderation skills are necessary for leading and facilitating evaluation meetings, workshops and training sessions related to Quality Gates process.
- Project management skills in the automotive environment is desired.
- Advanced English is a must (C1-B2)
- Software Development background/understanding would be an asset.
