Ventura has a global footprint and is growing in size and capability. We are seeking a Quality Global Function Owner to provide leadership for customer satisfaction and ownership for our systems. If our culture appeals to you and you meet the requirements below, we would love to talk to you about joining our team.**Overall Expectation**: Provide our customer with the highest quality product, service and documentation at the right time and cost, fostering relationships of trust with our customers. - Capture and share our customers quality expectations with other Venturians - Meet or exceed customer expectations (often measured in PPM, CIs Scorecards, etc.) - Conform to industry standards and statutory and regulatory requirements (ISO or IATF, Product Safety, etc.) - Execute quality Launch deliverables on-time as planned. - Be an advocate on risk reduction and improving product quality (measured in PFMEA, RPNs, Control Plans, Effectiveness of JSU and QC, COPQ) - Lead and/or participate in Internal Audits with a spirit of continual improvement. Lead/support team in closure of all findings in 30 days - Build and leverage relationships both externally (customer/suppliers) and internally.- Lead and/or facilitate team in problem solving of customer and internal quality issues to find true root cause, and develop Permanent Corrective Actions. (usually measured in repeat incidents, PPM, Scrap, Rework and Containment) - Promote Continual Improvement through collaboration with cross functional teams on PFMEA RPN reduction, improving Control Plans, and Work Instructions - Provide coaching and leadership for Quality personnel. Carry out leadership activities such as hiring, training, alignment and review process, motivating, and resolving issues. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or significant related experience.ASQ certification preferred. - Demonstrated problem-solving ability, with experience with various problem-solving techniques and quantitative analysis. - Demonstrated knowledge of quality standards, preferably both ISO-9001 and IATF-16949. - Minimum of 10 years of industry experience and 5 years in the quality field.- Understands the top-line, global interactions of the business. Uses lessons learned from one division and applies them to all divisions.
