Our associates are expert quality assurance professionals with broad experience and local knowledge who can represent our clients on-demand and on-site faster than our competitors.We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Electro-Mechanical Inspector to provide managed inspection services at various integration supplier locations.
This role will focus on ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards through thorough inspections.
**What to Expect**:- Conduct visual, physical, and dimensional inspections of machined and electro-mechanical parts.- Perform incoming inspections from external suppliers, including processes like nickel plating.- Carry out in-process and final inspections, including witness inspections.- Compile final inspection sign-off sheets and reports.- Ensure inspection equipment can detect defects and that methods align with specifications.- Audit and validate inspection plans.- Provide weekly reports on manufacturing progress, equipment quality, and delivery details.- Conduct periodic quality audits of suppliers and report results.- Address non-conformance findings and ensure proper documentation by the supplier's quality control system.- Serve as a witness for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to ensure compliance before equipment shipment.- Represent the organization on-site to maintain quality standards.
**Qualifications**:- Previous experience in electro-mechanical inspection or a related field.- Strong knowledge of inspection processes and methodologies.- Proficient in visual inspection techniques and dimensional measurement tools.- Ability to analyze and compile inspection data accurately.- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.- Familiarity with quality audit processes is a plus.
