Our associates make the world more productive by improving the efficiency and reliability of the machinery that keeps industry in motion.Purpose of the position:The Quality Intern SPC will assist in gathering data for safe launch and full brand approval.This position would work under the direction of our Quality Engineer supporting the following activities:- SPC development for width bench gauges using SPCII data all lines:Control limits calculation and monitor constantly to understand trends.- SPC for TICs (Timken Important Characteristics) for CONE (ID, Width, stand, race size) and Cup ( Width, ODand race Size).- Data analysis for "Batch hold and release" (safe launch) from Piweb (to ensure data is correctly saved, analyze outliers, data report on time according to control plan frequency) for all measurment equipment such as Equators, Talyrond, PGI.Skills needed:AdaptabiltyProactiveHigh trustAnalyticBasic Requirements:Student of Engineering or similar career.It is essential to have health insurance from the school.All qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
