Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Quality Lab Supervisor.**What you'll do**:Supervise and ensure that the Quality measurements of the Quality lab are performed in accordance to all internal and external requirements in order to provide precise measures to support the operative process of the company. Be the material expert at the plant specially on rubber molded products where he can approve, advice or reject material based on lab testing inspection.A. Approves reports and Dimensional Tests according to the requirements of the clients, internal and external, give tech supports as requiredC. Participate in setting, communicating and achieving goals and objectives and develop and maintain performance metrics as required to monitor results and use those results as a tool to identify and initiate process improvements within own work area. participate in continuous improvement teams.E. Promotes the mission and vision of the company by actively supporting Eaton's ethics and values, as well as quality policies.F. Monitor equipment and facility and initiate maintenance work orders as required, to ensure efficient, effective and safe working condition.G. Motivate and train employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity and quality through the effective use of recognition channels and available rewards to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results for the company.H. Follow the technological advances in order to adopt the usage of new advance materials for rubber production and prepare projects accordingly.I. Knowledge on operation of Rubber Process Analyzer, Thermal Gravimetric Analyzer, Differential Scanning Calorimetry and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy testing equipment ,J. Material Science knowledge and expertise along with experience in many types of fabrication, processing and testing.K. Work closely together with the sales and product managers and give technical support in order to develop innovative products and services for the customers.L.
