Recognized for quality and performance, our seat structures (including recliners, tracks, and latches) meet or exceed customers' needs globally.We know that engaged teams drive innovation and excel in bringing our vision of making every drive better to life.Your task will be:- Activate alarm and respond in a timely manner to internal and external complaints.- Keep up-to-date control drawings, quality alerts, and visual process aids.- Administration of personnel under your charge, monitoring of their development and training.- Ensure compliance with Quality System (QOS) procedures- Keep the inspection instructions of check fixtures revised and in the last level.- Comply with your LPAs program and follow up on the closing of activities.- Work together with other departments for the continuous improvement of processes.- Follow-up of non-conformities of quality system audits.- Generate quality alert and visual aids corresponding to each incident reported (internal and external)- Train auditors and inspectors in tracking each quality alert and visual aid- Compliance and execution of BIQ elements that correspond- Ensuring first piece releases, poka yokes and filling of spc charts.- Ensure follow-up of the reaction and containment plan.To be successful in this role you will need:- Finished professional career- Advanced English- Knowledge in mechanical metal stamping processes- Laboratory knowledge- Knowledge in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, Troubleshooting- Management of GD&T- Staff Administration- Knowledge in welding, dimensional adjustments and destructive tests.- Laboratory knowledge LI-DNI- Lear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace._
