As of December 31, 2023, the Group employed 5,497 people in 14 countries.**JOB TITLE**: QUALITY LEADER**:**POSITION**:**ACTIVITIES**:- Team coordination and prioritization of activities- Develop & Assure Quality Culture on products and processes (AS9100D, NADCAP, Customer Specs)- Identify and implement effective process control systems to support the development, qualification, and on-going manufacturing of products to meet or exceed internal and external requirements- Ensuring that products are in accordance with customer requirements in terms of specifications and applicable documents- Facilitate and promote the use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective actions- Ensure performance & monitoring KPI's related to Quality processes- Monitor & implement CA's/PA's (Corrective Actions / Preventive Actions) regarding audit results- Monitor & implement CA's/PA's regarding customer claims- Guarantee all First Articles are validated against company FAI's internal procedures- Perform duties in accordance with quality system requirements as the voice of Quality Product- Take an active role in all QA associated communication including continuous improvement**DYSFUNCTION/ANOMALIES MANAGEMENT**- Controlling all System, Product and Process documentation to ensure complaint deliveries- Reporting all issues detected within production process to Quality Department- Initiate and/or participate in 8D's and 5 Why's analysis when dysfunction detected or non-conformances are declared- Provide technical and administrative support as required- Support and attend internal/external meetings as required- Comply with the company's quality policies- Ensure that its employees know and comply with the company's quality policies- Guarantee compliance with quality regulations (AS9100D, NADCAP, others) and customer quality specifications (BAC's, BSS, others)- Ensure that employees are aware of and comply with quality regulations- Participate in activities related to quality (training, talks, awareness, events, etc
